It is okay to be direct. I do know the things you wrote. About a month ago, I told my son that I was cutting him off in a few months. Which, is about the time his lease and my cosigner is up. I will not be extending my cosigning and apparently his landlord is selling the little apartment building. My son owes a lot on rent and heating. It is a four unit apartment with only one thermostat for the four units: huge heating bills, even for April & May. The more my son pays till the lease is up the less I will have to pay <b>if</b> he does book. <u>However</u>, it appears he has found a morning cook's job also. He is scared you know… nobody in his past put enough faith (& responsibility) on him before. When he threatened to go back West, I told him it would be a good idea to go to Alanon also… like the threat did not work. I got 3 quarters on that he is going to pull through this. However or whatever, he will be cut off in a month or so and he knows it… so do I!
