Subject: Showers .... Mikki

Mikki,

Well, I can identify with that. Sometimes on weekends I don't shower like I should. If anyone is coming over I do or if I'm going somewhere. But if I'm depressed and staying home all weekend feeling sorry for myself, I barely even comb my hair. Just lay around in my pj's and vegetate.

Work days... I shower, fix my hair and put on makeup every single day. But when I'm home alone I figure why even bother because no one's around to care anyway.

Must be another symptom of depression.

The thing is that I was doing good a couple months ago but then Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years depressed me and I haven't gotten over it yet. And before long it will be Valentine's Day...another holiday that I detest.

Let me know how the studies go, ok?

Hugs,
Sandy
