DAMN...I hate that you are going through this...and I really don't like that you are pushing yourself too fast. Bones, especially in the feet...when healing, can be very very fragile! I know, because I have put off surgery for 3 years now...as once done, I will be laid up for 6 weeks minimum...to allow for proper mending...I will put up with the pain, until unbearable!

There are so many things to watch out for in hospitals...or care centres...even in the maternity ward...at a really wonderful hospital I was told to hand over anything of value, including my clothes...to Lorne to take home, and they said "especially your shoes...if they are expensive", which they were, because of condition, I have to buy good walking shoes. That said, totally frustrating to know that in a place where they are supposed to be focused on helping you heal...you have to be aware that you could be robbed. Scary...

Baby steps...ok...
