I am drinking Melitta brand coffee now. It is a very good brand of coffee. They have different flavors. I am drinking ‘Strawberry Shortcake”; it is so delicious… especially after a most challenging bike ride. When, I got home from infusion, my son was here working on the wall and doing his laundry. I was able to hide the dire mood I was in. I rode my bike knowing how windy it was and that I would be riding against the wind on the way back not on the way to. I was only going to do 16 miles… I did the whole 24 to 25 miles, (I think I over estimated the distance the other day). It was easy going on the way to Lake St. Clair. I knew why… the wind was at my back. I kept telling myself, “You know what is going to happen if you ride all the way to the lake, ya know.” I conned myself by saying I can ride the lower gears if it’s too windy on the way back. Jeez, it is a slow upgrade most all the way back and with a 20 mph wind in my face… mega resistance work out. So cool! Err, well, right now it’s cool. I am going to have to do some stretching to make sure I don’t hurt too much later. But, I am in a much, much better mood than I was this morning when I made the above post. I just might stick around even after my older son starts growing and he will. When he starts growing I will want to see my granddaughter grow up and see my son, here, become the great man that I so know he is capable of.

I am sorry if I dragged anyone down with the above post or worried someone.

RICHARD
