Well you worried me.......I was glad to see your mood got better after your bike ride. You are not just on this earth to guide your sons.....you are here for yourself as well. If you didn't have an iota of room for friendship, then why are you here with us? We must at least be a iota aren't we?

Lonliness can be a horrible thing. There have been times in my life where I have been lonely in a house full of people. For me, it took suicide attempts for me to realize that I deserve to live. Hard way to learn something.

You have alot of medical problems, but you have alot going for you. You are kind hearted, giving, forgiving, brave, and friendly. Seems to me that those things take up a portion of your 100% Don't knock yourself ok?
