Liz, do you really think we can do any sort of reverse damage control after bad choices? Or, rather do we have to learn to live with the consequences. Like Richard said, I guess it's finding those things we can control. You are an asset to my life. Never doubt that.

I am thinking of trying Wellbutrin. I have a supply here. The pdoc at Kaiser pretty much lets me do whatever I want in terms of medication so I don't even feel the need to call her. I know that this Celexa isn't working though.

Dave, keep trying buddy. You have the right idea. Just keep waking up and hoping for improvement. That is pretty smart.

I haven't felt this low in I don't know how long. Of course hormones are a factor.

I appreciate that you are all here. I don't feel that *S* is an option though it sure does cross my mind often enough.
