What sort of side effects do you have on Lithium? What dose is your standard (I know you and your Pdoc tweak it). I took Lamictal and Effexor at separate times and they were unhelpful, plus I had nightmares and sweats on Effexor. My Pdoc once suggested Lithium, but I freaked, mostly because of the required blood work. Maybe I should rethink it? I'm desperate to feel better. Wellbutrin was going to be my next try. I tried it once before and it didn't agree with me but I didn't stick it out very long and I think my biochemistry has changed, so maybe I'll tolerate it this time. I still seem to lack the resolve to do it, although I filled the scrip so I could start any time. Liz
