Subject: Stuff... okay stuff

I have had a couple of little things going wrong and with gratitude for the grace not let the little things get my down much at all. Yester morning, while at the park, I almost rode 22 hilly miles for the first time… almost. It was a virtually windless morning: easy bike riding. I was moving almost effortless… my muscle only feeling a bit of strain the last mile… the three quarter of a mile from finishing my bike chain fell apart… grrr- . I attempted putting back on but a swarm of mosquitoes zeroed in on a still sweating meal. I moved into the sun to foil them to no avail. Pushed my bike back to my car, walk a short three miles, ate my little reward snack, drove back to the bike shop, asked for a old fashion type chain, found out they only make chains with the slip link coupling link. I would have done the 22 miles in less than 90 minutes also.

It so nice to have some great people look after me. That is so refreshing. As for the new symptoms that led to my increase hydration infusion per week, prior to that I had not been out to the park or exercised much at all due to all the rain and medical appointments. My make up of my overall state of mind includes the strong need to do some strenuous physical activity. For a 5’ 6” man, I have done the hardest, weightiest jobs all my early adulthood. The judgers of the world might have looked at me and saw a feminine like man, but they never could catch me not doing a big man’s job, ever! I was tough as nails; a perfectionist in my jobs too. …. Hmm… my point… oh yeah. I might have an harsh debilitating medical condition and intense life fatigue, but if I am going to
live then I am going to to live! If I let fear from your warnings
or any feat at all creep into my state of mind and slow me down or give up my savor for challenge then it would surely lead to the end of my life—surely. Please take note though: I do use caution in what I do. I pay attention to temperature, the sun, humidity, regulate constant sipping of oral rehydration solution (the best one), in between rests, stretching & strengthening exercises. doctor’s support, etc. So, I do take heed to my natural and medical limitation but I am not just going to give in to giving up. That is what my life-force is all about.

Oh, again, if I did not have you folks of such greatness care for me so much as to cautions me... that too would eventually lead to my demise... surely.

RICHARD
