Having officiated with Sean, the reason he is prob on sideline has nothing to do with performance, more that he is not the "favourite".

Sean calls it as is and takes refereeing as it should be - based upon the reactive decisions of the ref. The namby-pamby's they have these days are all too busy thinking about their next appointment rather than their current one.
