Going on what Steve said, That they wont be taking spots of the premier squad. I wonder how many of them will be offered contracts now that 2 refs are gone and they would be 2 of the higher paid ones so with the same amount of money could offer contracts to develop 3 new premier refs. It will be interesting if that budget has already been spent on the ex players. At least 2 should be offered contracts to fill the void left by Clark and Simpkins.
