obstruction in the law book talks about players from the team in possession impeding the tacklers from getting to the player in possession of the ball,ie prevents a defending player from tackling the ball carrier.The National rugby league have to modify the laws to cope the abuse of the laws by the coaches of the teams participating.The results of the modifications are the stupid comments made by mr gould on the roosters no try decision by the video referee.
