Today 4-29-2006 I bought the mare mule "Mississippi" from Birdsong Farms, Mr. Norman Fowler outside the sale barn in Murray, Ky. I brought her home, trimmed her mane, (perfect with clippers all over as I trimed ears, muzzel and mane) brushed her up, fed, petted, and pampered her for appx. two hours. My other horses and mules came up and nosed her over the fence as horses do. She was as calm and good as anything I have ever brought in. Very good mule just as Mr. Fowler told me. I'm happy with her and would not consider selling this nice good gaited mule. If this all stays the same she has a good home for a long time. She and I will travel and see the country.
