Jonathon smiled at Sara and kept walking, glancing back at her for a moment, before helping one of his more incompetent students. Soon he took up the papers and had them reading a story out of their literature books, flipping through the stack of research papers quickly before picking out Sara's and reading it over. As always the subject was very original, and she was thorough with it, her grammar impecible. He read it over a few times, marking her very few errors in red pen. But they were small and meaningless so he still gave her an A+. When the bell rang he looked up, watching his students file out. But he called Sara over as she passed, still holding her paper. "Sara, your paper was very good." He told her, handing it over, his grade at the top is bold red ink. "I wanted to talk to you about some of your short stories too. Have you considered maybe sending a few in to any writing contests? They look very good on college transcripts." Jonathon asked her, resting his arms on his desk and leaning forward slightly, watching her. He always found it hard, talking face to face with Sara. He was still young, and a man, and Sara was very beautiful. He would never admit it to anyone, and he felt uncomfortable admitting it to himself, but he had a hard time keeping his green eyes on her face, though it was nice to look at too. Which was why he kept his distance with Sara more than he did the other students. Jonathon didn't like that he could possibly be attracted to a student. He was confident nothing would ever come of it, that would be immoral and unprofessional, but it still felt odd. She was nine years younger than him after all, and his student. He could get in trouble if he just showed her a little more attention than the other girls. Though he knew for a fact that there were a male teacher or two that had messed around with students. They liked to brag about it among the more trust worthy male faculty. And they didn't think Jonathon as a snitch so they didn't bother trying to hide it from him.
