Subject: Razor burn on legs

Hi! I have a huge problem...i have razor burn on my legs and its making them look bad. the hair grows back quickly, i cant get it all off, and the razor burn is soooo noticeable! i use shaving cream, and put baby oil on my legs after i shave so whats wrong and what can i do to get rid of it?
