Subject: rebonding & budget problem

hi im from s'pore & live at the west side.i had rebond my hair around the second week of january 2002.im wondering whether i should go for another rebonding cause my hair starts 2 frizz .& im not sure ether i should rebond or relax my hair cause it's dry.&can u help me find a salon nearer 2 my house.my budget is $180.my hair length is slighty above the shoulder.thank u .
