 IF a lawyer's behavior is THAT bad, wouldn't a jury tire of it? wouldn't a jury know better than to believe the lawyer if he was really that out there with his comments?

WHY even have juries if judge's can overturn what they say?! The judge might as well walk over to each jury member and slap them in the face and call them stupid.
