First of all, thanks the post from Jacky and Ching and glad to see you in last Sunday training.

Glad to know the training on Sunday is not too tough for you two (hope so). However, as I briefed it in the orientation and training, the purpose of the training is to build up participant's fitness so that all of you are fit in handling the 100 km trail. Even in the worse case that you are not selected as the Oxfam trailwalker, you can be our Citywalkers. One definite benefit after a long period of training is that your personal fitness will be much more improved and you will find your working efficiency, your spirit and mind will be much better than before training.

In addition, the most important target is to make all the participants to reach a common walking or running pace, and to build up the close, friendly relationship between us. Only with this that we can make this event successful and achieve our target :"finish the whole trail in a group of 20 or more".

Let's ask more people to come, share our happiness and toughness, and to improve our body fitness!!

See you on coming Sunday hiking.
