Vivid images were as clear as words. Thoughts were nothing more than the air these mortals breathed, and were picked up as easily as sound.

What could you possibly do, Lashana. What could you possibly do.

It was a well kept thought, no one would hear it except his own. A bond kept through shadows, yes, even Wyrd would hear it, with its uncanny ability to adapt. He walked through the trees past the half-elves' shelter, not even rustling branches. He -was- a shadow, shadow borne, and shadow lived. The bothered him not, as it only passed stright through his transparent form. Solidity came with darkness, and light was their only true enemy. He knew the nether reagen where their home was was the only place to keep a living creature, for short times at least. Caves worked best for living creatures to hide and be stowed away. But the Wyrd would know that.

His crimson eyes narrowed in thought and he sunk into the ground, sticking his head out of one of the many shadows inside the makeshift shelter when the half elf stayed. And he just watched her. No need for her to 'feel' alone.
