NAVASOTA RACEWAY WHERE THE BAD BOYZ PLAY

If that wall is still up it needs to be called 9th wonder of the world. 21 miles east and we got beat up bad by 70+ mph winds and heavy rain for 12 hours and still raining. Any one need fire wood? We have a lot of oak on the ground but every one safe-.

Just got off the phone with Larry. Charlie has been by the track and the wall is still up. Larry said they lost Elec. North of Bryan where we live we are doing well. Currently we have power still withrain and wind and lots of it. Everyone stay safe. Mitch

Frankie won RD2 3.89et 195mph Semis he won 3.89et and 195mph looks like paul has got the hot rod tuned up. A couple other racers in our area Todd Moyer out of Houston just set a new speed record for Extrem 10.5s 4.23at at 182mph on 10.5s. HT Wilson out of Dallas is running Extrem 10.5 class also and is headed to the finals. Go gettem TEXAS......Mitch

hey guys heres wat i got. I have a 1992 chevy s10 with a stock 350 v8. I have a 3 speed ratchet shift th400. I have a dodge rear end with 355 gears. I wanted to know is this a good set up. I dont really want if for the track its more of a street truck. Right now it just doesnt seem like it has the power it should. Im thinkin the throtel cable might not be tight as it should so there might be were the power is getting robbed at. I have been out once today and that was in the shade for about 10-15 minutes I will be back next weekend. Just needed to let the body catch back up. Carol has her thumb on me making me drink lots of electrolytes. Just so everyone knows part of the NEW TIMING SYSTEM should be here by WED. and some of us will need to start tieing in all those wires we put in the ground. I think we are getting close now I can smell the bacon burning.

It has been quite on here but far from it at the track. Tommorrow we will be installing the new communacation cables at the track. 5 will go under the track and 1 all the way down the side and to both score boards, and it all goes in conduit so if you want to get a good work out in 100 degree heat and maybe loose a couple of pounds come on out. I will be there at day light to bet the heat. But we are getting there and we are all ready so see the lights come on and see some passes. Larry-I have no clue what you have repaired or checked out as to the light system. There were issues when the track was in operation with the Tree plug and it was sensitive back then since the box behind the tree wasn't water proof t. Wiring from tree to start line needed replacing way back. The start line box should be OK but I would check it out also if it hasn't been done I talked with Mike Laurendine who operated the tree and line controls and he says you should replace those lines from the tree to the line also.
