I'm assuming that ej is speaking of the former. It wasn't relevant during the story so why is it relevant now? I understand that people want to look deeper and analyze it all but essentially isn't it just a kid's story? It makes no difference to me either way, I guess I just want to leave it as it was. A story that was fun to read. Not a lofty literary work that needs to be dissected. But that's just me.
