(He rolled his eyes as he sat back in his chair, accepting the tankard of beer with a muttered thanks to the young lady that brought it.) She doesnae cause so much problem as ye say she does.. she is just used to havin things her way. I have my own ways of convincing her otherwise. (He waggled his brows a little suggestively before taking a long drink from his glass.) Ye ken, it doesna feel like I am givin up nae a thing, lad.. I am gaining too much by givin the gem to ye. Just this bluidy addiction we have to gems that makes it so hard, aye? Bluidy sad it is that the lass is moonsick, but the Gods have given us another way of given ye bairns, and that is all the incentive I need to hand over the gem. That and the bluidy thing calls to Bree like a siren.. scares the bluidy hell out me it does. (He pursed his lips as he thought about the upcoming seperations, the females, Evie's condition and the fact that Bree was going to be in dragon form for a few months now. It was going to be different for them all. At least he would continue to see Durgan periodically as his brother came to check on Bree and the bairns.) Aye, and ye will be leading the keep while I am away.. nay that that is anathing new to ye. (He muttered the last part. It was still somewhat of a sticking point for him that he had been kidnapped.. that he had not been strong enough to defend himself against the onslaught, though it was an impossible situation. He was just too proud to let it go, and had never really opened up to talk about it, so how could it possibly become something eh was comfortable with. Sighing, he looked down at the remains of his meal and shook his head.) I dinna relish tellin the lass she must take form and hold it.. she is quite.. hormonal, aye? (He rolled his eyes a little and took another swallow of his beer.) Mayhap ye could just.. sedate her or something. (He teased, though he was already in his mind searching for a location for the nest, which he had already spent hours planning out and perfecting. It would take him those few days to build for her.. and then he would take her to her new home. Hopefully having a nest would kick into overdrive her need to change and maintain dragon form. Hopefully that would solve his problems.)
