(It would take him some time to remember that Bree was a dragon instead of a woman, so that it wouldn't seem so strange to him that she was carrying eggs within her. Although, considering the fact that the woman bit people he was pretty sure he could reconcile the fact that she was dragon pretty easily. He grinned as Durgan razzed Dane about his temper, which was pretty short today. Besides, wasn't it the sex of the child that was supposed to be a surprise? Not the number of them? He supposed that was just a human assumption, since it was rare for humans to have more than one or two children. He sighed as Dane settled back down to nap on his shoulder, and picked up his glass of wine.) Seems to me it wouldn't be a problem to know how many kids are coming.. more than one is a handful anyways. (He said, much to the annoyance of Dane, who merely tucked his head under his wing and sighed. He looked up as he felt Kerri enter the room, holding his hand out to her as she approached, welcoming her into his lap. He liked having her around him at all times, and especially wanted her to be happy here.. perhaps then she would like to stay. He pressed his lips to the back of her hand before laying his hand on her thigh as she curled up against him. He was glad to know that Bree was sleeping, and it seemed that Dane was glad too, because the dragon relaxed a little. As she lay her head down, Dane moved a little, but allowed her to rest against him without a fuss. Usually he didn't like things resting on him, like clothes for instance. With his head buried under his wing near Kerri's cheek, he looked pretty comfortable, and even curled his tail where her finger touched him. Tiernan smiled as he watched her, feeling the touch just as much as Dane did, and enjoying it just as much. He sighed, watching her as Dane shivered with awareness.) Dinna tease him, Kerr. (He said with soft smile, he could feel the the dragon's tension and it wasn't an unpleasant sensation.)
