She huffed as she stretched out on her belly again, resting her narrow head on her forelegs for a moment as she gazed at him. "I wouldn't reconsider my bond with you because you're a freak. You're not a freak." She paused, her voice turning almost teasing. "I would reconsider living with you because you're an asshole. You can be an asshole." She looked over at him with narrowed eyes , a small smile on her lips though she was being honest. He could be an asshole. A low breath escaped her mouth and she rested her head down for a long moment, her eyes closing again. "Are Kerri and Tiernan going to be staying here?" She questioned softly, suddenly. The question was almost a little hesitant but she did want to know the answer. She wanted to know if she would be constantly competing with the couple for his attention. Would they stay in the castle? She hoped to god not. Her head lifted as she too spotted the cat in the trees and she whuffed at it, tipping her head to the side as she apologized to the cat for not having any leftovers to share with it. Content that the cat would find his own dinner, she turned her attention back to Dane - waiting for the answer to her question. Her eyes were focused on his face for a long moment before she looked away, speaking once more. "I see the way you look at her." Her words were blunt, yes, and a bit flat. She thought maybe the way Dane looked at Kerri was what had really fueled her jealousy and bitterness while Tiernan and Dane had been bonding. She honestly did like the other girl, she was sweet, but she couldn't exactly be friends with someone that her mate lusted over. It had bothered her immensely to know that Dane was sleeping, curled up in Tiernan's body between the intimate press of Tier and Kerri holding each other...
