Hey everyone,
I dont know if anyone really remembers me, I used to comment a while ago, but I mostly just read the board now. The past few months have not been so good for me. Lots of binging, purging, and starving. I was not at all focused toward recovery, so I stopped reading the board because it is more recovery oriented. My New Year's resolution now is to still lose weight, but in a healthier way. I know I can not recover right now and I still restrict, but I am at least going to try to stop b/p for now. I am doing cardio and dancing everyday and I eat around 600-700 cals. I know thats not normal but its a start for me. I love everyone's great advice and support here and although I'm not looking for advice on recovery, I still hope to join the support group. Thanks for everything you guys have done in the past, too. I know there have been some fights on here, but let's start an even stronger support group for the new year. Stay strong!
