 I know (out of own experience) you are probably not so fond of creme soups. Well here is a tip to make any creme soup low fat:

Instead of putting what ever kind of creme there is in the recipe in the soup make the recipe as it stands (except for the cream) then in the end of the soup add 1,5 times as much yoghurt as the recipe uses cream. It tastes great and it is low fat but full of calcium. Just make sure you do not cook the yoghurt too long with the soup (you can, if you would still eat it but it starts looking a little funny)
