You did very well, really,
I know that I felt like a failure when I got help myself for the first time, I felt like I should be able to deal with my problems alone (I had help before but that was forced) It was the best thing I could ever do. I felt weak too but I know now that it is the right thing to do, when you are sick you go to your doctor, when your computer is broken you call a computer guy, so it is not more than logic that for emotional issues you see a professional.

I am glad that you feel comfortable with this person, just go again and it will probably help you a lot. And remember, you are still in control of the situation, you can tell this person what you want and dont want.
