um, ok well don't know were to start. I was on the voy quiet alot when it was called hunger pains. However for 1 reason or another i have not managed on.
I have been mia for over 2years now. Im 5'6 and 140lbs. I want to lose weight like almost every other ED sufferor.
Its a fresh start now and i just need help on getting started I know that is often asked. I often get depressed and find it difficult to do anything. so need help keeping up the motivation durring these times (which is on a day t day bases). I live in Scotland and so the weather is crap, not exactly encouraging to go out and run! So any help tips advice would be so great.
