如果大家覺得電視是為了遷就觀眾口味而把文學作品內容變得淺白，那麼電影呢？有些藝術電影也是改編自文學作品，它們有些也拍得很好呢！有些電影作品，甚至令人覺得比原著更還好，為甚麼呢？

凝思提到看影視作品時會被視覺〔鏡頭〕侷限了觀者的思考與想像，這一點我是同意的，但這一點到底是侷限還是好處呢？

如果我們不談歷史作品，只談小說與影視作品改編，應該就不會出現「竄改歷史」的問題。那忠於原著到底是甚麼回事？

如果忠於原著就是凝思所說「刪減修改是免不了的，但絕不能將原著所要表達的中心思想也改掉！」，那麼「不忠於原著」的影視作品又算是甚麼？「不忠於原著」的影視作品可以是拍得好的作品嗎？

我很希望同學繼續討論這個問題，因為這個問題與我們息息相關，同學接觸影視媒體的時間可能與接觸文字作品的時間相約，應該看過不少這樣的例子。如果能認真思考這個問題，我們就能更接近「文學」了。
