(She said somewhat distantly, though it was apparent by the way she turned to wait for him to open the door to the fortress he lived in that his method of handling her just then had allowed her to bypass what could have been a very watery situation and step back into the tightly clasped guise of an agent in control of herself. She would not cry, that was all there was to it.. and she was not going to have her first mental breakdown at the most inopportune time possible.) Is.. uhm, your friend.. going to be okay? (She asked, keeping the facade in place, but addressing the question with a sympathetic tone.. she didn't have a partner, but it still bothered her to hear about another agent getting hurt.)
