 【 明 報 專 訊 】 民 政 事 務 局 今 年 第 二 季 會 開 始 兩 項 意 見 調 查 ， 以 了 解 市 民 對 非 異 性 戀 者 及 變 性 人 的 看 法 ， 結 果 將 在 下 半 年 公 布 。

根 據 民 政 事 務 局 提 交 立 法 會 的 文 件 ， 調 查 是 希 望 檢 視 現 有 法 例 中 或 存 有 性 傾 向 歧 視 的 部 分 ， 是 否 需 要 修 改 ， 以 及 社 會 對 是 否 修 改 法 例 的 看 法 。

該 電 話 調 查 對 象 是 年 齡 18 至 64 歲 的 居 港 人 士 ， 樣 本 數 目 為 2000 人 。 調 查 評估 範 圍 包 括 ﹕ 對 不 同 性 傾 向 （ 包 括 同 性 戀 、 異 性 戀 、 雙 性 戀 ） 的 認 識 、 對 同 性 戀 者的 看 法 、 在 不 同 的 環 境 下 對 同 性 戀 者 的 接 受 程 度 、 對 同 性 戀 者 權 利 的 看 法 、 尋 求 方法 解 決 同 性 戀 者 面 對 的 歧 視 。


同性戀電話調查將展開

【文匯報】政府計劃今年第二季進行電話問卷調查，了解市民對同性戀者的看法。
民政事務局提交立法會的文件指出，希望評估市民對不同性傾向的認識，評估市民對同性戀者的看法及權利，尋求方法解決同性戀者面對的歧視問題。當局會就問卷的調查設計諮詢關注團體。政府1995年曾做過同類調查。
