Subject: Hide paste dilemma

I have been using Hidemaster 2 part epoxy hide past as of late.
When I wet tan with krowtann I usuall just wrap the cape in a towel and dry it the best I can before I mount it. Now, the hidemaster doesnt seem to hold on a cape that has any moisture in it so i end up pinning all my detail in. Does anyone know of a different brand that I can use with capes that have a good amount of moisture left in them that will hold my muscle detail in better without all the pinning or should I being doing a different method to dry the hides out better before mounting?
Thanks in advance
Steve
