Subject: a silly poem for my friend

Its time to forget the troubles of the past
they won't get better by making them last
its time to remember what made us so happy
time to throw out everything that's so crappy
okay, so old will shakespeare didnt write this rhyme
but bad poetry and all it is still a good time
to think about what matters to you and to me
and get back to what we were on the old BB
friends who were there, silly and serious
maroons who laughed until they were delerious
friends who were there, thru thick and thru thin
two nice people, *** **** and ***** lynn
there was nothing wrong with that at all
just a couple of people having a ball
no harm was done and none was meant
no need to cry, no need to repent
we talked, we joked and we helped others smile
if this one ain't funny, then wait a while
we were *** and *****, famous far and wide
vinnie and sal, taking the BB for a ride
kimo and sabe and kermit and piggy
don't leave just now, were gonna get jiggy
jokes and fairies, boogers and poems
boris and natasha, watson and holmes
we meant no harm, we didn't want to hurt
we weren't nasty and we dished no dirt
we enjoyed ourselves, hoped others had fun
but give us hell, you'd better run
cuz we didn't take names, we just kicked butt
smart ass us and youre mouth we'd shut
but lately things have not been so good
for two buddies who now both feel misunderstood
somewhere we lost our way, with too much going on
our calls and chattiness turned into a silence marathon
we can undo that, we can if we care
we can turn it around and once again share
the life and times of two silly friends
enjoying each other until our time here ends
