Can someone please explain these new changes to our GIC healthcare plans because if I am reading this correctly, I am now paying a co-pay for a doctor's visit and if he decides to do a blood test, that's an extra $250 due to this new deductible? A visit to the ER is now a $100 co-pay plus the $250? This is insane...
