This makes me so mad!!! As a female myself, I realize that I don't have the strength a man does which means I have to try twice as hard. It's just the way it is. Being 5'2" though I bust my ass at the gym and run everyday. I can scale a 5 foot wall likes it's 2 feet or drag a dummy 150 feet. People are just lazy and always want an excuse to get the job. I would not want that kind of back up, not on the streets not in the institutions. What about the women who pass the test with flying colors...? You fail you fail, leave the potato chips a lone and get off the couch and do something like everyone else!
