I once used a (I don't know if I am spelling this correctly) Ukaliptus collar. It worked pretty well, I got it at a natural pet shop. If you can't find one, try going to a whole foods place or a natural remidies shop and getting a vile, bottle of Ukaliptus oil and putting it on a bandana and let the dog wear it around its neck. Not only will it help with the fleas, he'll/she'll look cute.
