This was emailed to me..so for all the people out there that didn't get one this is what it says about the Book.


Dear Readers,


We wanted to keep you updated on the book. We apologize for the delay;
we had no idea
that the printing schedule would be so prolonged. We are going to
change the entire set
up the next time we go to press to safeguard against this happening
again - but for right
now this project is locked in the middle of this process which,
unfortunately, has been set
back by various factors (the larger size of the print run, the heavy
scheduling at the
printers, and, of course, the hurricane which had a huge impact down
the line on supplies
and fulfillment). There is still a slight back up with the additional
runs that the printers
had to squeeze in when some of the other presses went down and the work
needed to be
spread out to those presses that could handle this kind of specialized
printing but they are
catching up. They have promised that they will get to our job as
quickly as possible and
we are guessing that means sometime within the next month. I will
continue to keep you
informed.
