Glad to help, just like the other's here.........

READ THIS PLEASE....... Foreskin mechanics.. http://www.cirp.org/pages/anat/ It may clarify a few things.

I have been using a 1mm 10lb fishing line and I thought it was tight but I have failed to achieve a cut within 8 days ..... which is a shame. I pulled it very tight using cheap forceps gripping the fishing line and thought I did a good job but......:( Anyway, I may yet get a 4-0 suture (thanks bob!_ from ebay to do the job.... It is a thinner thread and should achieve a crimp/strangulation/cut hopefully..
Yes, sion's description is right and one of the photos that I uploaded (which has a clipart needle and thread poking through the frenulum (THE CORRECT PLACE TO STRIKE!!) is sion's photo which I helpfully added as it shows a good perspective.

I am sure there is an easier way to archive the photos somewhere, so if anyone wants to grab them and find a better place, please feel free as it is all in aid of the great good!!!!!!

Now let me explain this in detail whilst my keyboard is on fire lol....

1) It is important to note that we are all different. I believe that the frenulum fastening point can be in slightly different areas of the glans (penis head) which is why some of us are ok, some are not, some are borderline and some are probably having great fun......:/ depending on our individual level of frenulum breve (short banjo string)

2) Some men, very sadly, can actually have a penile urethral meatus opening in a different location to the norm (ie not perfectly centred on the glans, so this can be a big problem as well. (Hypospadias and hyperspadias). In fact, who am I to say exactly where the exact location of the meatus should be....I suppose the fact is that it should be as open and at the end of he straight run of the urethra as possible. Anyway, not to deviate.......which is what I am doing.......tut tut.

3) The mission objective is clearly as follows.
a) Sever the frenulum, nearest to the glans and nearest to the penile shaft
b) Decide whether to avoid or tie the 2 frenular blood vessels..... I CHOSE TO AVOID TYING THEM......

The trouble is............... You can't do (A) in some cases because of tightness which means it is hard work, if you have extreme frenulum breve for instance.......

In this case, perhaps HC45 cream (1% steroid based and non--prescription cough..., BUT not as good as betamethasone)will help you to gradually thin and stretch the frenulum a bit to allow access. The 5% betamethasone is much superior though..... but prescription based.....
You may also of course have a tight phimotic ring or penile prepuce? , which will constrict on the head or even get stuck, leading to very nasty paraphimosis.....

You also can't do (B) in some cases, because you need to be able to shine a small light through the frenulum folds to illuminate the 2 blood vessels so that you can avoid them....

Once you can access the frenulum and see/avoid the vessels, then you can try the tying.

Let's keep a discussion going on this please for all of the men who may eventually fall on this forum without knowing its benefits.......
