[> Subject: Arkansas has started giving $3000 scholarships to the winner, plus whatever prelim or overall awards. They pay airfare for the contestant, entry fee for nationals, the teen gets appearance fees throughout the year AND we have many many supportive sponsors in the way of wardrobe. Our Arkansas Teen Director and the board do a fantastic job!
