Again, not the director, but why do you think prelims don't offer what she is?

Because I did on mine. My prelims were national level prelims, I offered only 1 event other than the typical beauty and photogenic. And I gave about what she does. A 3 inch crown for beauty winners, 12 inch trophy and a $10 toy. Then all my runners up received a trophy and $5 toy. 2 grands received a 5 inch crown, 3 foot trophy, $15 toy AND money. All that for $100. I even gave bikes to the grands at the Barbie pageant.
The event winners received a trophy and gift.

All American Miss has prelims and offers ww, sw, spw, etc and theirs is about what she charges. And I know that for a fact because my dd used to do them all the time.

So I don't understand when you say " For one pageant moms know PRELIMS DONT offer what that one is and especially for the price."

I remember you all going on last year about how high Indiana pageants are. You all argued all the time that if you are doing a pageant be prepared to pay out, yet you all complain about LMA being high (I think it is that one), now you all are complaining about this one. So are you all bashing this pageant because of cost or that the director isn't giving out the info you want? Are you not wanting to do the pageant because of cost or because the director not giving out information you want? Are you all not doing the pageant because you don't believe you will receive the gifts stated or because the director won't give out information you want? Just curious...

Again, not affliated with Miss US, just another pageant mom asking a question and explaining, there are prelims like that out there.
