] Date Posted: 27/07/07 9:23 In reply to: whitewolf 's message, "Meditation" on 15/07/07 17:07 I know this will sound to some that this is a stupid way to meditate. But if I ever feel stressed out then I will close my eyes and think of somwhere that I have been to abroad. For instance when I was in thiland and went to this budhist temple and the monks were chanting there was somthing so peacful and comfroting about it and always take myself back to moment and it always gives me peace within my soul. Or if have somthing troubling me then I will go cloud gazing and find a cloud to put my trouble on and blow all the stress away that is cluttering up my mind and then everything will seem much clear. Blessings to all Katie [ Next Thread | Previous Thread | Next Message | Previous Message ] |

Date Posted: 27/07/07 13:58 I usually just put on some soothing music, close my eyes and focus on my breathing. Every once in a while I use a guided meditation CD but not usually. [ Post a Reply to This Message ] |
