Date Posted: 7/06/06 22:27 Hi Lazaurite, 'Ripple Meditation' is all about sending out love, healing and peace to all (letting the energies ripple out from you) in an effort to bring about change... although there's no harm in also focusing the ripples to a certain individual / place etc... There's a group Ripple Night at 10pm GMT on Sundays - feel free to join in! (we don't meet up, most of us live too far apart anyway lol. We ripple in our own spaces) There's no specific way to meditate / ripple - just send out those positive healing ripples in any way you feel happiest.
