I don't see you have any need to hang your head. As Zenwind said, you are becoming more aware and that is a good thing. I've had much the same feelings that you describe when I read the way others are connected. I feel that being around the people in the garden helps me to be more aware. Date Posted: 20/02/07 20:19 oh wow. dont hang your head down like that!!! Its so easy for people to say how great they are, but in real life you just never know. The fact that you are trying as hard as you can now, that makes all the difference. Its shame that dr's these days dont really know more about alternative therapies so they could offer the patient more choices. I def agree being more aware and talking to others really helps you to know what kind of path you wanna follow. and actually its quite difficult to start on this path. It can be quite a mindfield. I cant always manage it, but i do what i can, recycling, now im composting, and i am making much more of an effort this year to watch the chemicals especially in the kitchen and in bathroom products. I will get there eventually, and this is something that will be passed to my son also, that to me is really important. there are loads of ideas on here in the library and the articles on a more eco friendly living. which you probably already know, but i found it handy to print them out and stick them on my fridge or places where i actually remember to read them not just when im on the pc. anyway keep smiling jade [ Post a Reply to This Message ] |
