Hi,

On the pills, I have no clue, they are not sold over here.

Basically diet pills do not help you lose weight, they indeed can decrease appetite, and increase energy or they can make you lose water weight. But real weight is never lost by a pill alone, they can help though. On average I am not a fan of diet pills, they either dont work and you waste your money, or they do work and then they are mostly very dangerous.

On the hunger signal, you are right, if you ignore it, you stop feeling it. You can compare it to people with chronic pain, they got so used to it they dont feel in anymore in the extent someone else would feel it. If you would start eating again, the hunger signal will come back, just like for the people with chronic pain, if they would get pain somewhere else other than usual they would feel it in full extent.

The dizziness you feel in the morning when you increase cals is probably caused by your body not knowing what to do with the extra glucose. Your body gets used to a certain amount of glucose and if that it not enough your system get screwed up a little. If you would increase your cals, your body would react as if it would when you would eat a huge amount of sugar, it wants to get your sugar level down very quickly, because your body reacts as if you had too much sugar while really you only had a little increase in cals your blood sugar goes too low and you get dizzy.
It is not the best thing for your body but this system recovers itself when people start eating 'normal' again.

Hope this helps

Chocolate
