The National Forestry Pageant presents Celebrating the US featuring South Central
Dance Academy, the reigning National Forestry Queens and the Teen and Miss contestants.
The National Forestry Pageant will be held in Tifton on September 2nd at the Tift
Theatre for the Performing Arts. Contestants from Georgia, Florida, Alabama,
Tennessee, and Lousiania will be competing for the National titles. The newly crowned
queens will be responsible for promoting and protecting the Forestry Industry
Nationally. Reigning queens on hand to relinquish their titles will be Crystal
Haralson Miss US National Forestry Queen, Laura Warren Teen Miss US National Forestry
Queen, Taylor Stanfield Junior Miss US National Forestry Queen, Crystal Mock Little
Miss US National Forestry Queen, Lauren Etchells Tiny Miss US National Forestry Queen
and Ejaye Craig Miss US National Forestry Hospitality Queen. The teen and miss contestants will be scored 50% private interview with the judges, 25% public speaking, and 25% evening gown. The Miss US National Forestry contestants will arrive in Tifton on Friday with a rehearsal on Friday night followed by a party at the Tifton Elks Lodge. Teen and Miss will have interviews with the judges on Saturday and the pageant will begin at 5:00 P.M. with Teeny, Tiny, and Little and at 7:00 P.M. with Junior, Teen, and Miss.
The Miss US National Forestry Queens appeared in a National television commercial that appeared in all states promoting the Forestry Industry. They were also special guests at the National Forestry Festival in Perry, Florida where they were voted as the Most Photogenic by the Photographer of the King Tree Parade, they also were special guests at the Ag Expo, National Fair, and the greeters for the Georgia Special Olympic Games, where they signed autographs for the participants.
