Yes, like I said earlier the West, or UN needs to enforce very strict rules on infant mortality! Already in Canada, more and more new families are aware, and having fewer kids (1 -2 maximum.)
In my opinion, starting a war with other nations will destroy the environment even more (radiation, pollution, fires, destruction of forests etc). People die everyday (age, disease, war, accidents etc), anyways, so if we can get nations everywhere to set up strict rules about child birth (like they did in China) then this will be a good start.
