Subject: Closer than a girl can get to trouble without getting in it..

Needless to say, she was not in the least impressed, but her rage was tempered, folded safely inside the cloak of indifference that she wore to protect herself. She would get along fine at foster homes if they would just allow her to be herself, come and go as she pleased - it was when they started trying to interfere with the life she had developed for herself that their plan started to backfire. The only reason she'd agreed to come along here was because the at DH had been downright stifling. She'd been in here for a while, but had spent most of her time, wandering about - just now getting around to unpacking some of her most valuable "posessions" which didn't actually amount to that much - a couple of things from her father, and that was about it. Twisting a long lock of her silky blonde hair around a finger, she leaned back on her bed, against the wall, letting out a sigh and casting her pale gaze toward the window - she was one of those that were perpetually unhappy. Maybe she would find that she could breathe here.
