Lacey returned ten minutes or so later, and seeing her brothers together she left them alone, choosing instead to go and sit by her neice, glancing up at the nurses as they came and did their routine checks. They all sat and said nothing for a long time, before finally the doctor that had spoken tot hem first, along with the intern that had come to fetch Joey, headed into the room together. The doctor looked between Joey and Jason a moment, as if trying to figure out which was which, before finally recognising Joeys clothes and setting his attention on him. "The operation was successful. Nina lost a lot of blood, but we're infusing her and she's in recovery. We managed to repair the rupture and stop the bleeding, but I'm afraid that if Nina was to conceive again she'd will the risk of almost certainly rupturing again... so when she'd recovered and stronger we'd really like to talk to you both about some perminant forms of birth control."

He sat up immediatly and then stood, his knees nearly giving out on him when he said that Nina was stabelized. Like he cared about making more babies? Didn't bother him in the least, he just wanted his girlfriend. He had to grab his brother for uspport before he cleared his throat and gained his composure. "Can I see her now?" He questioned, his brow furrowed heavily as he looked at the nurse. "Is she awake? She's going to be ok?"
