Subject: She was sitting outside on the porch but it was getting colder out in the evenings so she had to get back in the house. Shivering a touch, she made her way in only to come face to face with him. A bright smile crossed her face, her head tipping to the side as she grinned playfully. "Well, now, look at you. Thought you were avoiding me to get out of a tour." She grinned teasingly, shifting to go into the living room, tapping his arm in way of letting him know to follow her. "I can't believe how cold it is getting outside, seems like we skipped straight from summer to winter or maybe I am just a freeze baby." She settled onto the couch, tugging a blanket over her form. "How you doing?" They had stayed up half the night when he was in her dorm to talk, it had been comfortable.

Don’t look at me with sad eyes tonight
And can you show me one more smile?

  • He looked up a little surprised when she came in - sometimes he got so involved in his tasks that he just lost track of the world around him - but couldn't help the hint of a smile that touched his features. "I thought I would stop by only randomly in hopes that I would miss you." There was no honesty to his tone though, because it had felt good to have someone to talk to and relate with. He put away the rest of the groceries quickly and then trailed after her - casting a longing glance to the cabinet where his scotch was stashed, but leaving it alone for now. It was still pretty early - even for him. He grabbed a second blanket from a chair and draped that over her - making quite the production of tucking it over her around her shoulders and her legs so that she was sufficiently bundled. "Playing hooky - supposed to be working." (NT) -- Travis, 21:49:22 10/17/05 Mon
