• Her night had been the complete opposite of his - she had slept the moment her head had hit the pillow, and woken up that morning warm and fuzzy. Unfortunately, that contentness didn't last long and she got the call not much later, so her day had been spent tending to that itch of hers that just wouldn't go away - blowing a good portion of the cash she had made the other night, not all, but a good portion. She was bright-eyed and bushy-tailed by the time she slipped in that evening, and just entering a completely false all-around satisfied feeling with how things were going. • He watched her from where he was sitting out on the back porch, leaning against the railing so that he could see her as she entered. She looked way to energetic, he wasn't sure what it was that was making her so peppy though. • A grin lit her features at the sound of his voice, and she grabbed a couple beers from the fridge before heading out to join him. It was a nice evening - warm enough to enjoy without being too hot or too cold - and she was definitely pleased to see him. Having changed once she got in - faded jeans now sat low on her hips, and a black tank top fit closely to her torso. • "Truthfully." He nodded in agreement of his complaining before he nodded a touch. "I slept alright." He never really slept a lot, especially now that he had a lot on his mind. • She smiled a little before shrugging a little in response to his question, answering vaguely. "Nothing really... Got some things taken care of." Her head tilted delicately as she absently pushed back a piece of his hair that just wouldn't stay out of his eyes. • He gently massaged her thigh before he slid his hand down her leg to fall of her knee. Without thinking about it, he leaned forward, brushing his lips across her jaw before he nodded and drew back. • Soon enough he was out cold, the windows drawn to block out the harsh light of the sun and cuddled beneath a blanket, warm and toasty and no where near waking up anytime soon unless someone purposefully woke him up. • She wasted a good deal of time without too much hassle - got her clothes finally put away and stuff in place in her room - but eventually it was definitely dark outside and her tummy was grumbling angrily. Figuring he had slept enough to keep him going - or atleast hoping that he had - she put in their order for their food, and then headed up to his room to see if he was still alive. Knocking softly at the door, she waited a moment, but then headed quietly in when she got no response. • He chewed it up thoughtfully before he nodded and traded her cartons. His eyes went to the tv as the movie started - it had just the appropiate amount of plot that was dribbled in among the gore. The perfect kind of movie in his mind. Lots of fighting and hitting and things of the like there. • She was looking down at her food almost as much as she was watching this movie - but she had already seen this one a few times over, so wasn't too concerned. When she had finally eaten her fill, she set down the carton and chopsticks on the coffee table, sipped her drink, and then settled back. For whatever reason, movies of this sort appealed to her - it was just the action and intensity.
