 We lived in Channing Place before living in Leewood Cicle and I don't remember the fire whistles. I remember having to dither around on the radio trying to find WFAS. What an uncool radio station.

Do any of the golf courses allow sledding now? We used to go to the old Vernon Hills course by the cemetery and have an absolute blast. Last I heard, sledding wasn't allowed anymore due to the insurance company's restrictions. (We used to call it sleigh-riding).
